Do you know how your agent is representing your largest investment? 

I had a pre-approved client coming from out of

town with a selection of homes to view, scheduling was

important to preview all the selected homes in the

Worcester and Shrewsbury areas.

 

My clients’ had requested Sunday afternoon previews. 

We called 2 days earlier – (Friday afternoon) - 

for an appointment thru MAPASS (showing appointment scheduling service).

MAPASS was diligent in calling the agency numerous times with no reply.

 I then called and left two messages with the agenty with no

returned calls, until late Saturday evening.  The listing agent

called asking what time we wanted to show the property.

 

There were a total of 4 messages left regarding the time.

Later that evening (after 8pm) I received confirmation. 

The schedule was difficult to rearrange, making it a bit frustrating.

 

Is this how agents represent their sellers? 

 Shouldn’t we be more responsive?
