In starting my blog, I  will attempt to give you  some insight on the local market.

• The extended homebuyer tax credit is a major incentive for a variety of buyers to go forward with a purchase.
• The inventory is very low, frankly, now is the time to get your home on the market without much competition.
• Shrewsbury Sales comparing 2008 and 2009 - the number of closings were very close, but  the average sale price dropped from $403,000 to $386,000 in 2009.
