Mixed Messages
Mixed messages are being sent through the media. One indicates the market has risen, another indicates the market has dropped, etc, etc. The national overview is what our sellers and buyers are hearing and not the regional data. There are price range differentials between new construction, resale and most importantly the location.
Unfortunately, our sellers and buyers are guided by this information, not realizing that it is not pertinent to their specific region.
It is the real estate agent who will inform them of the accurate and current data pertinenet to their particular location and condition. Some will understand and trust the data, but others who want the unrealistic price in selling and the buyer who is still waiting to make that unrealistic offer.
The numbers speak for themselves. Should they wait to sell or wait to buy? Looking into that crystal ball - no one has the answer.

I agree with the posts that it is possible to find a comptia a+. However, since you are coming from out of town and may not know the security+ , my suggestion is for you to cissp certification I am a Realtor and would be more than happy to assist you in your emc certification.
