I am asked ... what does 'staging' mean'?

When a home is ready to be placed on the market for sale - it becomes a PRODUCT.  Similar to a product on the shelf of your local grocery store. Product has features and benefits, pluses and minuses and there is always competition. 

To compete with the competition in the marketplace the PRODUCT must be priced right and look better than the other products for sale.

Your home is no different as it is one of the many homes for sale in your community and must be presented to buyers in the best way possible.  That means it needs to be STAGED. 

Staging is the process of preparing any home for sale, regardless of price, condition or location.
